The Resting Pose, enhanced

We just finished showing Blissful Back to 100's of people this weekend at the Green Living Show in Toronto. Some people asked what's the benefit of lying down on a Blissful Back.   The first experience is usually a gentle relaxing of the muscles across your chest but this in not always obvious to everyone.  At the begining your muscles may be tight and it may take a few minutes for them to relax.   

I was just lying down on one myself this afternoon and realized there is another great effect when you take a short rest break with Blissful Back.  It helps to open the chest for deeper breathing and deeper rest.  Quite a subtle and profound relaxation in just a few minutes.  A great way to reset the day.
